Payment Information
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal for online orders. Please DO NOT mail cash, checks, or money orders.

Product Availability Notice
Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock. We are usually able to replenish items within 3-4 days, but longer delays may occur. We will notify you be e-mail to arrange for either a substitution or refund of the out of stock item.

Order Minimum
We require a $20 minimum in product to place an order.  This price does not include shipping and is per address.

 

Shipping Information

Processing / Shipping Time
Our business days are Monday - Friday, excluding any federal holidays within the United States. If, for any reason, your order will be delayed, we will notify you via e-mail. In most cases, orders received before 1pm on a shipping day will be shipped that same day.

Shipping Method
We ship packages via FedEx and USPS. Once an order is shipped, you will be e-mailed a tracking number to track your package. We insulate and ship our cheese with frozen gel packs to prevent spoilage.  During warmer months, we require expedited shipping to all areas outside our 1-2 day ground shipping zone.

Hawaii, Alaska, and PO Boxes
Due to extended transit times, all shipments to Hawaii and Alaska must be shipped by 2-Day Air or Next Day Air. 

International Orders / APO / FPO:
We ship a perishable product that is not suited for long transit times; therefore, due to increased customs delays in other countries and extended transit times, we are no longer able to offer international shipping or delivery to APOs and FPOs.  Thank you for your understanding.

Correct Address Guarantee
We guarantee shipment to the address provided. Please check to make sure that your billing address and any shipping addresses you have entered are correct. Incorrect shipping addresses result in delayed deliveries, and ultimately, the product perishes. If you provide us with an incorrect address, we will correct the address as required, reship the package, and charge you accordingly. BE 100% SURE THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT.

In addition, please ensure that your recipient will be home for delivery before the package arrives.  We are not responsible for packages that are left unattended.

 

 

Flat Rate Shipping

Flat rate shipping is only available on our website. Flat rate shipping applies to ground shipping only.  Our flat rate ground shipping is $9.75.

 

 

Free Ground Shipping Offer
We offer free ground shipping on order over $49. The following conditions apply:


  • Offer applies only to ground shipping.

  • Offer is per address. In other words, if you are shipping two $38 items to two different addresses, this offer does not apply.

  • Offer applies to internet orders only. Phone orders do not get free shipping.

  • Offer applies to mainland USA only.

 

Order Problems
Unfortunately, errors do happen. If you discover anything is wrong with your order (damaged, missing, or incorrect item; billing issues, or anything else), please e-mail us or call us at 1-888-482-7700.  You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your package.  After 30 days we will not replace or resend merchandise, or issue refunds. When calling about an order problem, please have your order number ready.  

Returns

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable products.

Holiday Delivery

 

Ground Shipping
Orders received by 9am CT on Tuesday of the week prior to Christmas can ship ground and arrive before Christmas.

 

2 Day Zone or Shipping
Orders received by 9am on Thursday of the week prior to Christmas can ship ground and arrive before Christmas if they are in are two day zone (aqua color in the shipping map below). Orders shipped via FedEx 2 day air and received by 9am on Wednesday of the week prior to Christmas will arrive before Christmas.
